Man something I see a lot online, but particularly on fedi where different admins have to interact more than on, say, forums, I see so many cases where people decide that an admin refuses to take action because they didn't take some action in like...a dozen or so hours since a report was made.
People have lives and moderators are (largely) unpaid volunteers. I'm online as hell and even I have days where I don't look at fedi at all. Y'all gotta chill out some and give people space to have lives. Let's talk when it's been a week.
