if this is true this is insane. the past 4 days have just been floundering and entirely fake reporting just to take advantage of an imaginary countdown which then in turn fueled all of the clicks and excitement about this situation.

this was 100% a distraction for something bigger. whether that was the ship of over 700 refugees capsizing and killing 500, or something else. there has to be a reason other than "its rich people so everyone must care," right?

moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
