god, this is about contacting my endo cause im running out of hrt, why do they have to be such awful people? why does the online frontend not offer appointments in a reasonable amount of time (not next year), i dont want to call i dont want to email i just want a fucking appointment so they can fucking do the bloodwork and give me a new prescription and also i can beg them to lower the fucking cypro dosage

like i am not a big timeslot, 5 minutes taking the sample, 10 minutes of filling out the prescription and the lab work gets outsourced anyway

  5. keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.

moderation policies

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
