not being polyam is a personal failing tbh

like i genuinely think both being (open to) polyam itself and particularly the mental prerequisites thereof are just all around positives that let you handle relationships much more healthily

my view is definitely biased, particularly after hearing about a friend being trapped in a pretty unhealthy love triangle thatd be so easily resolved if they could just... yea

but they cant so instead its spiralling into unhealthy behaviours and guilt
