The idea that so many trans people come straight out of 4chan is a myth.
4chan actively threatens trans people. While "4chan trans culture" is a thing, it's such a tiny minority that it does not deserve campaigning against; venting to friends about it at most.

@darlingofinana like man ive never been on 4chan in my life. my biggest exposure to 4chan is just,,,, popular greentext images,,,,,, which aren't even a trans thing.
plus like, the majority of trans people completely detest the trans 4chan culture. everyone knows its insanely damaging and toxic, and if you aren't just completely ignoring it, you're probably trying to get other trans people stuck out of it.
this is genuinely the dumbest thing they could possibly use to target us with, however, its gonna work because these annoying ass twitter libs dont care about anything other than vibes.

@Vivisector Yup. Under Mekka's incredibly transphobic post about how TheBadSpace is justified because "There are some fashy transwomen", someone started going on about "Have you seen how many transwomen came out of 4chan??"

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
