Pretty hot take. Only neg I have on it is that Mozilla rejected my application. To their credit, it was the fastest form rejection I ever got (~10 minutes) so âimpressiveâ
(current meta for the last ~10 years of tech hiring is âtotal ghost unless they want youâ and this goes through all phases of hiring. You might go through 3 rounds of interviews, but if itâs been more than 2 days of silence - itâs a ânoâ. Nobody has the guts to say âbeat itâ anymore. Sorry the thread isnât even about Tech Industry. Itâs about if you prefer iOS vs Android)

- keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.
moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
