@wxcafe I have been saying it for years: you are under no obligation to play by rules designed to make you lose. If the game is rigged, cheating is the right thing to do.
Hmm, I hire a lot of people and I'm trying to figure out how I feel about this.
My first thought is this isn't really cheating.
My second thought is, what does this say about their ethics.
My third thought is how do I use this persons ingenuity to my advantage without falling subject to their potentially questionable ethics.

Its kinda like how when I specifically say do not contact us about your application, but then someone shows up to drop off a paper copy of their resume in the office.
Is super professional, well dressed, and personable. Then my manager says "hey I really liked this person. We had a great chat". I'm like okay, let move forward but I'll throw in a couple extra things to test their ability to follow directions.
I'm saying this not to make anyone happy. I'm just giving you some insight into how I personally think as the leader/owner of a medium size business.
