I think some folks still don’t get this. It’s why it’s so easy for foreign states to compromise them, too.
@hacks4pancakes I can’t possibly understand all the issues that lead to somebody ending up like Musk, but I’ll never understand why they don’t want to be famous for good things. He could have a wing on every hospital, a library in every city, his name could be everywhere for centuries to come and everybody would remember him as a great human. He would be celebrated and have holidays for him, but he would rather be a nazi and pretend to be good at video games and go down in history as one of the worst human beings we’ve ever seen.
@samofhearts he tried being loved as a genius environmentalist inventor and it was hard.
Those that do not understand likely had an undisciplined, and unhappy childhood also.
