Him: "Hey man Uber's finally expanded to our city! It's so much cheaper than getting a taxi and so much more convenient than taking he bus!"
Me: "Yeah but you probably shouldn't use it, like, what they do is they're only cheap for the first two or three years"
Him "Uh-huh?"
Me: "And then they run local cab companies out of business, and once that's done they form a monopoly and start jacking up the prices so you end up paying more than you did before they did initially"
Him: "Wait... So you're telling me they'll be this cheap for TWO WHOLE YEARS??? Awesome!!!!"

- keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.
moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
