Finished reading The Nice House on the Lake. Very good! Extremely interesting twist on the "last humans on earth" plot, specifically I adored Norah. I think she was portrayed as a bit too ratty despite being 5+ years into transition but her specific outlook and how she plays into the final mystery felt extremely refreshing, love seeing a transfem character that isn't just "the transfem character", y'know?

Ok I'm reading the second "cycle" and, like, suddenly the art got way more transphobic? Like maybe this is just me but the way Norah is depicted went from "ratty woman" to "man with broad chest", noticeably. It's the same artist, too, and the writing hasn't seemed to change at all. Weird stuff.

  5. keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.

moderation policies

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
