source: most likely either "tales of a time gone by" or "galaxy express 999" both by Matsumoto Leiji, cant confirm either as one is too long for me to bother to check each and every fucking panel and the other only has one incomplete scan of the first volume

@quasar first connection ive found, it was part of an image included in a french review of tales of a time gone by (24 histoires d’un temps lointain), and the character appears in a few different chapters so its a likely match, except uh, can only find 9 chapters of one tale each, when there are supposed to be 24

moderation policies

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
