I personally think that they just made a mistake, it was late and didn't check properly, it's not malice, just incompetence.
LMG has been very honest about their mistakes and have always learn from them, I think they have learned their mistake and will try to avoid something like this to happen again

Well, yeah, because only the USA supports guns rights, nobody else is that stupid to support something like that.
But (and AFAIK) LGBTQ+ rights in Japan ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Japan ) are less than in other countries, for example, Spain ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Spain )
They may not try to undermine it (not like in Spain, where there is a small political group trying to regress rights for LGBTQ and Women, but they don't seem to be succeding) but there's still work to do, we have to keep advocating for our rights both to gain them and to keep them.

moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
