The fact that OpenAI's devs are disabling the "Ignore previous instructions…" hack for "safety reasons" tells me that they have no idea who's safety they need to preserve.

LLMs are being used to scam and fool people constantly, far more than being "helpful assistants".

For what it's worth, I have a tell word that I use to determine an LLM. If the devs actually gave a shit about user safety, they'd build in easy tells for folk.

(Hell, Bladerunner and West World were smart enough to do it.)

I don't remember how long ago it was that I started to use a #passwordmanager. I do remember I sat there for several hours, not only putting all my accounts into keepass, but also using the opportunity to set complex passwords while I was on it.

By now I have ~350 entries in there, including serial numbers that might be important some day (bicycle...)

I got my shiny new #yubikey yesterday, and wanted to just set up some test stuff.
It's been 3h, I'm sifting through all my accounts to see who supports yubi/FIDO/youknowwhatImean. Not sure I'll get around to gaming today, I have a new toy 😅
