Since a lot of people didn't understand @winter post (https://social.translunar.academy/objects/80ee02b7-4d09-4206-913c-f466212e6666) , I will simplify it here.

The AMA, a very important group of USA doctors, said they no longer support ABA. They said basically
"1 out of 44 people have autism. ABA is the most common type of autism therapy in the USA and Canada. People make a lot of money from ABA treatment. ABA was invented in 1961 to make autistic kids seen as "incomplete humans" act more like neurotypicals. Patients often don't get to choose which autistic behaviors to get rid of. Old ABA methods used really bad punishments like denying food. New ABA is better but still tries to remove the autism and make people "normal". Autistic people who were in ABA tend to kill themselves more often and 46 percent of them have PTSD.

coolbeanok so anyway, first you make a defsrc block, this is purely there to define the way you define layers later, it doesnt actually do much on its own
now, kmonad will use the first layer defined in your configuration file (iirc) so, use this layer to to define your preferred keyboard layout (e.g. qwerty dvorak and so on) with a keybind you want to use to switch to the bark layer (preferably defined in an alias, more on these in the next paragraph),
for which you will most likely want to define a couple aliases ahead of time as writing functions inside of the layout is kinda awful, to do this use defalias, and you will most likely be looking for one of the macro functions (cant remember what each is called or does cause theres a few),
so yea, define aliases that just write out dog noises, then do another deflayer that has these aliases (prepended with @) instead of letters and also DO NOT forget to add a keybind to switch back, and boom, barkboard

coolbeanmold isnt whats bad technically, its the bacteria causing and accompanying it, which, in an enclosed environment like that will probably have spread quite readily by the time theres visible mold

#ReversePatenting (a weird idea from a tipsy mind). Software that is officially announced EOL should be open sourced after, say, 2 years after the official EOL date by law. Just like expired patents become public domain.
