coolbeanlike on a conceptual level i think the situation with r7rs is actually quite nice, small version that is standardised with a larger revised version being gradually standardised in smaller parts (e.g. r7rs-red adding and improving data structures, tangerine improving certain numeric types (and adding regex, a bit out of left field i know) and so on)

could use melonbar but the scripts for it actually have to be shell scripts which im not too fond of (clojure scripts with babashka ftw, ignoring the java date format function that weirdly tends to break a lot)

moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
