Not sure I can take cancer warnings seriously when they're on literally everything - hormones, coffee, cigs, eggs, bacon, at a clinic I was once at there was once even a breast cancer test ad for people who wear seatbelts, and many more.
Add to that the apparently only minor increase in the actual risk for many things

There is no bloatware in .

But only if you are ALL-IN into the ecosystem. Otherwise, it gets a bit annoying to constantly remove the apps you did not ask to get installed.

The same goes for and on their respective operating systems.

Basically, is your only option if you do not wish to be forced into an ecosystem of software and services.
