really seems like 80% of my problems these days actually stem from just not eating enough. keep getting upset about things and crying a lot only to realize, damn I'm really really hungry and have barely eaten the past couple days

so i eat and suddenly the stuff i was upset about just isn't anywhere near as bad as i thought it was before.

if i could learn to recognize that a bit sooner instead of only afterwards it would help a lot.
