apparently the new forza motorsport is so shoddy selecting imperial measurements doesnt actually convert vehicle weights and such, the number stays the same it just displays lbs instead of kg

@coolbeans IIRC, in the localisation of the Amiga game "Shuttle: The Space Flight Simulator", the volume of the crew compartment (2325 cubic feet) was converted into cubic metres by multiplying it by 0.31² (an incorrectly-rounded formula for area).

@coolbeans It's even worse than I remembered. They just divided 2325 by 3.1 to get 750 cubic meters (26,500 cubic feet). Talk about crew comforts!

- keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.
moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
