Ok ok race idea for DnD/TTRPGs in general:
Anthropomorphic bookworm species that literally feed on books, as in they use the knowledge and ideas contained within them for sustenance. So for entertainment they mainly use non-physical media like theater or spoken word storytelling that they can't eat and scribes are their version of farmers, continuously writing down dictionaries and novels and encyclopedias for others to eat.
Obviously they *have* printing presses but most folks don't like that hyper-processed artificial literature.

Oh, oh! And like their version of hyper-processed unhealthy food are DVDs and CDs for really shlocky action movies. They can also eat CDs for french arthouse cinema but like, that's like eating a whole wheat donut to them, why would they?

- keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.
moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
