@LARSNEVERDIES apparently they went through evidence for 2 days and jobst cried while they were cross examining mitchell's claim that jobst stated in a video that mitchell's prior defamation lawsuit and legal settlement with a different youtuber (apollo legend) was the cause of their later suicide (something jobst already clarified was not what he meant in a correction video only a week after the video in question released)

court is adjurned until the 8th of october so trial continues next week, mitchell is allowed to be present by video call now cause flying him to australia just for this is kinda silly

  5. keep things legal. this includes pirated content, since we want to keep a good relationship across fediverse servers. posting CSAM is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.

moderation policies

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
