i just FUCKING realized that there aren't many cats in the underground, and if the cat/puppet element has any significance then the lack of cats in the underground might be connected

@fiore well yeah but in undertale catty makes reference to the distinct lack of cats in the underground, and in deltarune there's. actually a lot of cats. maybe more cats than dogs

moderation policies

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
