Not sure what options you have but I got this rechargeable COB light for like 3 bucks and I use it when taking a shot similar to what you have here. I set up like normal but then use one hand for camera and one for COB light, pointing it at subject in this case the ribbon. Makes it almost seem to glow. If to bright, cover with tissue..
