@zen honestly tho that's awesome news, it lets you use sodium compatible mods on my mac, before i was using some mod on mac called like vulkanmod or smth to do the same thing

From what I can tell Sodium (and pretty much any rendering-related mod for 26.2 like Distant Horizons) are ported from raw OpenGL to the Mojang Blaze3D rendering engine that abstracts the rendering backend, so they should match whatever Minecraft itself uses which is apparently Vulkan 1.2 (literally only mentioned in this one release notes page and no other official place so IDK if they're planning on raising or lowering it in the future https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-java-edition-26-2)

@sneexy it's 26.2, so sodium had to do a bit less work(probably a lot still, but don't quote me) and mojang shot vulkanmod dead themselves anyway
