Something that I adore about JJK is that it fully establishes that all sorcerers, categorically, are deeply insane. They all dress and act in completely absurd ways because willingly signing up to be a sorcerer is something no well-adjusted person would do. And as you move up the ladder and hit Grade 1s that's intensified, Todo, Mei, Itadori and ESPECIALLY Gojo are all deeply weird people but the powers that be can't really help it because they're also the last lines of defense.

This also explains why the assistant sorcerers wear suits and ties but the real deals all dress like complete clowns. If you didn't hire any jokers you wouldn't have anyone to work with.

moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
