The ProPal devs previously worked on fiend folio and that mod has a couple references in it, too, with the items Warfarin and MTN Dew.

i also remembered seeing porpentine add the xrafstar as a mod, but i didn’t know it was actually put in the game

You unlock Gurolaga by doing 45+ damage in a single turn, I'd recommend going for it as The Child on Bammon.
