@AppleAmps i wasn't being serious (in fact I should never be taken seriously) since I know very little about South America but my idea was that sprinkling Nazis into a nation's fabric can have far reaching consequences. But your point is correct that it's impossible to single out one root cause especially considering the large extent of American meddling in the region.

moderation policies
the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
