i got tboir, inscryption, and rpgmaker '03 because they were on sale. i haven't tried out rpgmaker but the other two have been... ok... i guess.
i think i'm not a roguelite girlie. most of the deaths in both games feel quite cheap, like it'd be difficult to see the hazards coming. i guess this is probably something you get better at as you go with them, right?

@FawnOverFun i mean i had some familiarity with tboi because, i had it on my ds a few years ago, so like, i think it's interesting enough. i'll probably stick with it a little longer :)
also, for inscryption, i guess that makes sense. but i am not good with jumpscares, like at all, so i hope that doesn't become super important if i wanna beat it. (i played mullin's other steam game which is way lighter when i was younger and i was petrified like the whole time, haha)
