Obviously it's about the Puerto Rican experience but as an Argentine and a Latina more generally it still hits really close to home.
Like, the experience of your people's culture and politics being rung dry is near universal here, but I think the most powerful part of DtMF is that it doesn't seem particularly mournful. How am I supposed to grieve a country that nominally still exists, y'know? The Argentina of today isn't and will probably never be the Argentina of my childhood, or my parents' childhood, but I can't find it within me to be sad about that fact, at the end of the day I just wish I had taken more photos.

Deadass the only games I've ever stopped playing because they were too hard for me (barring like Ghosts 'n Goblins) are the Rhythm Heaven series and Bits & Bops, and those are like the easy baby ones!!

Probably the thing that makes me saddest vis a vis games is that I'm like, fully incapable of playing Rhythm games, even with the really simple ones like Rhythm Heaven or Bits & Bops I hit a ceiling really early and just stay there. Don't know if my brain's bad or if I just gotta lock in more but it's incredibly frustrating either way!!
All my friends say RH is the best franchise of all time or whatever while I straight up can't beat monkey watch, and unlike other games there's not a secret strat I can use or whatever, I just kinda have to give up after a while.

Unironically I think my fav esport to watch is competitive tetris, some of the sickest shit goes down and even if you're not a pro the game states never stop being legible.
