Something I love about Ranked Competitive Breast Growth is how flagrantly it *doesn't* take place in the US. Like, a lot of stories that are location-agnostic just end up making the characters and world culturally North American because that's seen as the default, so it's nice that RCBG manages to not fall into that trap.
