I mean, any political scientist worth their salt would describe such politicians as Trump or even those like Milei as populist and they don't fit any of these, while you could argue that there have been many institutional politicians (read: nonpopulist) who have been part of "people's parties" or have supported popular rights, so uh, gonna have to disagree with them on that.
