I just found a collection of photos taken to document growing unrest in Algeria. I love them because despite being shot in Algeria, they are very reminiscent of the cities I grew up in. My parents were missionaries when I was a kid, and for most of my youth I was dragged along to various cities in Turkey with them. And just about everything in these images, from the environments to the cultural stuff, is *exactly* my memories of Turkey. (esp. the violent soccer players)
