People talk up how racist the US is and while that *is* true if you ever meet someone in a high racial caste literally anywhere in Latin America or India or South Africa (or basically anywhere in the global south) you'll experience racism beyond what you could even imagine.

Oh, sure! Basically the Spanish set in a racial caste system in Latin America so that instead of Spain-born colonizers policing us we'd police each other, you can find out more on Wikipedia but basically however more European you were racially (as in how much of your family tree wasn't from the Americas) granted you a higher position along the pyramid.
We're a sovereign state now ofc but those tensions and the instinct to police those of lower racial castes is still alive within people here that are 1) well off financially and 2) descended from Europeans. Just ask any """white""" Argentine about Peruvians or Bolivians to get a good example of this.

the sanctions for local users will be relative to the gravity of their infringements, varying from simply deleting the offending material, to warning the user through a three-strike system, to immediately banning the offending user.
