Something I'll note is that "La Casa de Asterión" in Spanish has way more casual connotations than "The House of Asterion" does in English. "The House of" to me sounds like a royal house, something grand, while "La Casa de (Someone)" is literally just how you'd say "(Someone's) house" in casual conversation.
I feel like it works better in Spanish, y'know? There isn't anything grand or pompous to it. The labyrinth is everything Asterion's ever known, so to him it might as well just be *a house*.

@AppleAmps entiendo perfectamente lo que decÃs. Yo creo que es una historia que por como está hecha puede hablar de muchas cosas, dependiendo de como la veas. Pero me parece una muy buena lectura esta. Viste lo tÃpico qie siempre se dice que lo Queer medio que siempre estuvo asociado, de forma más o menos explicita, con lo monstruoso? A mà este cuento justamente siempre me llegó mucho por como humaniza al Minotauro de una manera tan impresionante. Asterión tiene preocupaciones y deseos parecidos a otras personas pero que tiene que vivir al margen de la sociedad porque se decidió de forma arbitraria que su forma de ser está mal, eso es muy queer!
No Sé, es de mis cuentos favoritos, cada tanto lo vuelvo a leer, es una experiencia tan corta pero tan densa en significado.

Entiendo que esto puede sonar reductivo pero la situación de Asterión me hizo acordar a mis experiencias como persona transfemenina y no binaria.
Tipo, la experiencia de pasar tanto tiempo en un laberinto que empezas a considerar que lo construiste vos, la parte de que no pertenece al mundo de los animales ni al de los humanos, que se yo. Me pegó fuerte.
