shroomie@crmsnbleyd @LARSNEVERDIES my interpretation of the joke is that it’s about how some, when trying to implement communism into their government, may decide to stretch vaguely (but like only barely,) bits of marx’s teachings when they run into something that marx couldn’t’ve really accounted for.
little bit of a tangent, but this actually reminds me of the approach some take when adapting ancient religious text to the modern day.
