@fluttergirly i mean i think it’d be a good idea to just pirate the ones for the tg-16 and see if you like them first. i’ve heard they’re the best ones
@fluttergirly but they’re too expensive imo. 20 dollars for short arcade games you didn’t even develop? in what world is that okay?
@FawnOverFun @AppleAmps i still think that caves are underexplored in the current meta
I'm pretty excited for the new tomodachi life, I never got the 3DS one, partially I think cause I was peeved you couldn't make the miis gay, and now not only can I make them gay, I can also make them aro, it's even better than I could have hoped for
plus the customization stuff seems really fun, it really seems to have taken a lot of cues from animal crossing new horizons, it's looking great
@AppleAmps i have and i like it, but i also suck at it and also also can’t really play it right now as it currently is buggy on switch 2
@AppleAmps i hope shield knight plays an important gameplay part of the next shovel knight YCG is developing
In 2023, I posted about a bizarre Dolce & Gabbana shirt featuring Mario standing in a beam of light alongside text praising him. I have tracked down the source of the image, which was a splash page in the E3 2000 brochure. Now the venerated Mario can be seen in high quality.
According to Motoi Okamoto, Mini-Game Director for Super Mario 64 DS, Shigeru Miyamoto would start midnight crunch sessions for the game's development by walking into the office and announcing "It's Mario time."
@fluttergirly @BisTheFairy i could see the knight being something of an extension of ralsei actually
I had a dream the other night that at one point during the knight fight in deltarune, you just kind of blast them to smithereens, exposing their inner core, called 'the whimpering' (which I suppose was in contrast to 'the roaring'), which looked like a naked ralsei, surrounded with conveniently placed swirling clouds of darkness for modesty, of course
also I noticed that he had three arms, the third one coming from his back and clasping the hand of his usual left arm, and I was somehow the first person to notice this and was making a post about it lol
I remember thinking about how this completely destroyed all the 'who is the knight?' theories because it turned out. the knight is ralsei.
