($75/$75)!!
In Paper Mario: Color Splash, a Shy Guy is trapped in a water wheel after being bullied. The internal name for this pose is "crucify". This suggests that the original intent may have been for him to actually evoke a crucifixion before it was decided this may be in bad taste.
also i have seen nobody talk about the fact that they announced Pikuniku 2. what are we doing.
I've heard that this kind of thing has gotten kind of common on Steam, but I didn't know it'd reach even a lil game like our Super Climb Up!!
thankfully it's just pure nonsense, my favorite part is the assertion that lesbians "don't make sense in a pixelart game" lol
In Donkey Kong 64, Diddy, Tiny, Lanky and Chunky are all unlocked by freeing them from cages. While DK appears to be unlocked by default, this is false: internally, the game only unlocks him by opening the door to exit DK Island. The entirety of DK Island is his personal cage.
When people talk about "survival of the fittest" or "the crime of empathy," I want clips like this to be pressed into the sides of those people's self-serving dumbfuck heads until they cave in.

We’re we (acknowledgement of self)
Here fuck (public indecency)
We’re shit (acknowledgement of society)
Queer up (call to self-improvement)
people will do anything but call a trans man who uses he/him pronouns He. its always an ambiguous they. whats up with that
I believe that an actual artificial intelligence/consciousness is possible to create, because intelligence and consciousness are things that. yknow. observably exist. and so there is some way in which to create them, the only currently known way being biological evolutionary processes.
what I don't believe is that LLMs can ever achieve such a thing, because if you know how they work/what they are, you easily realize that it's just. not on a path that could ever lead there.
like, we often compare brains to computers, but the way brains are structured and operate is pretty fundamentally different from the way we make computers. so I think in order to start approaching an artificial intelligence, you'd need to invent a completely new type of computer, at the least
